The Wakakusayama Burning Festival is a traditional event held annually on the fourth Saturday of January at Wakakusayama in Nara City. Before the burning of the mountain begins, approximately 600 large fireworks, including large shells, are launched. The spectacular fireworks, shining brightly in the clear winter night sky, captivate many people as they lead to the magnificent climax of the mountain burning.

The Katsuragi Fireworks Festival is a popular event held every autumn in Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture, where large fireworks light up the local night sky. The festival, themed around community bonds and gratitude, takes place at the former Nara Prefectural Social Education Center, with fireworks launched from around 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

The Futagamiyama Fireworks Festival is a local fireworks display held every summer in Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture.

This event features fireworks launched into the night sky over the South Pond in front of the Hata Community Center (the embankment of the South Pond of the Hata Community Center). In 2025, it was held on Saturday, August 9th, from around 8 PM for approximately 20 minutes.
